1Acceptance of Terms

By using the ClotGaming platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all relevant game rules. This acceptance takes effect as soon as you click "Register" or access any section of the ClotGaming website.

ClotGaming reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use clotgaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that strictly prohibits online gambling activities.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed as an individual who has self-excluded from gambling activity through any recognised self-exclusion programme.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your actual location in order to circumvent regional restrictions.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account at clotgaming. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial details — constitute a serious violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed and wins and balances confiscated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided must include:

• Full name as shown on your valid identity card or passport.
• An active email address accessible only by you.
• Mobile phone number registered under your name.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• Accurate bank or digital wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

ClotGaming is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all account details are kept up to date.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

ClotGaming supports multiple payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

The following conditions regarding deposits and withdrawals apply:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods, subject to change based on current promotions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and will be processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on standard business days.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering security purposes.
• ClotGaming reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of KYC compliance procedures.
• Any attempt to withdraw a bonus without meeting the stipulated wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of that bonus.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The recipient account must be under the same registered member's name.

5Bonus & Promotions

ClotGaming offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member upon first registration.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no direct cash value.
• ClotGaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and are automatically credited to your account.

6Game Rules

All games on the clotgaming platform — including Live Casino games, slots, fish shooting, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with their respective specific rules. Each game has a Return to Player (RTP) value that has been independently verified and is stated in the relevant game information.

• All game outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring fairness and transparency in every round.
• Any technical failure occurring during an active game will result in the affected round being voided and the bet returned to the member.
• Live Casino game outcomes are final, determined by the actual dealer's results and video recordings retained for reference.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7Member Conduct

ClotGaming expects all members to maintain respectful and responsible conduct while using our platform, particularly in Live Casino chat rooms and any community interaction spaces.

• The use of obscene, threatening, or abusive language towards dealers, staff, or other members is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Any form of fraud, including colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, is a serious violation that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Members are not permitted to claim representation of ClotGaming or act as an agent without official written authorisation from management.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the clotgaming system will be subject to full legal action.

10Account Termination

ClotGaming reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, hacking, bonus abuse, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted directly by the member through the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member once all required checks are completed, provided no bonuses or wins are still pending verification.

11Terms Amendment

ClotGaming reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time changes are made.

Your continued use of the clotgaming platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those changes.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay-language version and any other language version of this document, the Malay-language version shall be the definitive reference for Malaysia members.
